In September of 2004, I had to go on a business trip for a week, from Toulouse to Redmond/WA. Pascale flew over to join me there for a week's vacation in the area.

Right off the plane, we had to make a stop at Krispy Kreme donuts - world's best!

My co-pilot for a local tour and a trip to the San Juans

Flying by down-town Seattle across Queen Anne Hill, towards Puget Sound

Flying by Lopez Island, en route to San Juan island

On the dock, next to Downriggers restaurant in Friday Harbor where we had lunch

We had a spectacular and peaceful view of Puget Sound on the way back

We got a nice aerial view of Snoqualmie Falls

The Pacific Ocean at Rialto beach

Fantastic view of Mt. Rainier (and the rest of the Cascades chain) from High Rock Lookout in Gifford Pinchon Nat'l Forest
(it is a 2½ km (1.6 mi) steep climb (up 425 m, 1400 ft) on the trail)

Dale Chihuly's Bridge of Glass, near the Museum of Glass in Tacoma

Visiting with Ron & Shari in Woodinville

Great view on Seattle, across Elliott Bay from West Seattle

All sorts of "Caramel apples" near Pike Street Market
